Do you offer consulting for job interviews and job searching?
Yes! Our advisor will provide you with interview tips and guidelines, in an effort to strength and condition your first impression with your prospective employers. This is done on an hourly basis, and the rates are negotiable. Please contact us for more details.
How are documents delivered?
Your resume document and support other documents will be emailed to you in PDF format.
How do you accept payments?

3) Mail cashier check, made payable to First Impressions Note: Upon receipt services will be completed within 3 days.

How does this work?
We start with a fact-generating conversation, whereby an insight into your past work experience and any additional pertinent information which should be included. Next, we discuss with you the position(s) you are most actively seeking, so that we can tailor your resume to market you in a capacity to target your ideal job. Within 2-3 business days you can have the completed resume in your hands. Upon completion, we send the resume and/or cover letter back to you for your final approval. We follow up with a conversation where you can vocalize an concerns you may have or any changes you would like implemented, in an effort to ensure that you are highly-satisfied with the finished products.
How does your revision process work?
Our staff will revise a client’s documents until they are ultimately satisfied.
How long does it take for my resume and/or cover letter to be created?
The draft, fully completed and/or cover letter will be sent to you within 2-3 business days. There is a $20 charge to receive the documents within 1 business day.

If I do a FREE consultation, am I required to purchase your services?
Our FREE consultation is designed to educate you on the weaknesses of your resume, and allow a professional adviser to provide you with recommendations as to how best to improve your resume. While many of our clients initially begin the process with a FREE consultation, you are not required to purchase our services if you do not wish to move forward.
What is FIRST IMPRESSIONS policy as it pertains to refunds “returns”?
Due to the fact that we provide individuals with a customized service that cannot be “returned” to us for resale, we do not offer refunds. However, our promise to our clients is that we will continue to rewrite your documents until fully satisfied.
What is your privacy standard?
All information provided to us is strictly held confidential. We will NEVER share your information with any third-party companies.
Which writing program does FIRST IMPRESSIONS use to create documents?
Our staff uses Microsoft Word to create resumes and cover letters, upon completion a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) copy of every document is also sent and will ensure when sending your resume out to employers it cannot be altered will university be read on computers without any problems.
